Blueberry Banana Pancakes
Yum. Blueberry Banana Pancakes with lots of maple syrup! Michael took me out for breakfast today, which is one of my favourite things to do. Fresh coffee brewing, the morning newspaper, and lots of time to talk. It was very cute because on the table just across from us a Dad sat with his baby girl; he read her picture books while she sat, absorbed, and drinking a pink milkshake. It was a really lovely time. And the food was so yum! 
Yumm is right. Blueberry and maple syrup……..so Canadian.
I could use that on my cycling road trips. I’d incinerate that in a one hour ride…heehee :)
