Feta, Tomato and Olive Oil
OK so after all the white chocolate pancakes and blue berry banana pancakes, not to mention the dark chocolate brownies, I just thought I should post a photo to show that we really do actually eat healthily, ha, ha … So this is a Greek salad I made. I love the feta and the fat slices of tomato and the balsamic vinegar … It was really nice :)
i could go for a big bowl o’ that right now!
umm, well that looks good – I think as I nibble on my chocolate crepe I just heated in the microwave!
Looks fabulous! I think it’s time for lunch.

i predict you’ll have many more of those in NZ!! if our special friendships in life can be compared to your inviting white bowl with salad… The vinegar is what’s making it last…the olive oil the loyalty which protects us..the tamato obviously the happiness, with the cucumber which gives it that fresh look…last but certainly not least, remember the feta for chemistry! Miss you already!
